Kristin is co-founder of Hong Kong based startup: On-off Design & Technology. He started his career in construction management, moving to information technology and UX design so that he could have more influence over the experiences he was creating for people. Upon moving from Australia to Hong Kong in 2012, Kristin founded the Design Thinking network, which has over 800 members and has evolved into a fast-growing Asia wide network.
Kristin is a regular trainer for global education providers, General Assembly (GA), and is currently teaching their 3 month UX course. He enjoys hosting community events, jams and hack-a-thons to showcase the value of human-centred design. He also writes regular articles on UX and speaks at industry events and conferences - most recently running a workshop at ClickZ Asia in August, 2014.
